Dr. Farah Gozini received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry in 1994 and is a board certified Optometrist in the State of California. She opened her first private practice in 2001 in Brentwood, California, with much success she has now opened her second private practice in the beautiful Marina Del Rey.
Dr.Gozini takes pride in her ability to care for her patients with the utmost attention and perfection. She performs detailed eye exams to determine the most precise lens prescription for glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Gozini uses her experience and the newest technology to evaluate and monitor the health of your eyes. She is well practiced in the treatments of Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Retinal Complications, Cataracts and Eye Infections. Dr. Gozini has well established co-management relationships with the top Lasik facilities in the greater Los Angeles areas which allows her to be involved with the complete Lasik process for her patients.
When she is not performing her duties as an Optometrist and business owner she enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and husband.
Dr. Janszyan graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry (OD) from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
Dr. Janszyan completed clinical externships in various practice modalities including US Military hospitals and community health clinics in both California and Arizona. In addition to clinical care, her responsibilities included grand round case presentations to physicians and residents. With training in specialty contact lenses, glaucoma, pediatrics, and retinal disease, Dr. Janszyan gained valuable experience in primary eye care and the treatment and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Janszyan is board certified with TLG licensure which allows her to practice full scope optometric care. She offers an extensive range of care including specialty contact lenses (RGP and scleral lenses), pediatric exams, vision therapy, and treatment and management of ocular disease including glaucoma, dry eye, ocular infections, along with refractive and cataract preoperative/postoperative care.
She takes pride in educating her patients about the importance of visual and ocular health. She is a proud member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the Los Angeles County Optometric Society.
On her days off, Dr. Janszyan works for a non-profit organization providing eye exams for children 3-18 years of age in Central Los Angeles. During her spare time, Dr. Janszyan enjoys volunteering at her local homeless shelter, catching up with friends, and visiting her baby nieces.
